By attending this event, you agree that your voice and/or image may be recorded, used and distributed by Healing Politics and grant permission to use your name, image, and statements, as recorded and/or photographed, to promote Healing Politics in any type of media, including websites and print publications, without compensation or reward. You release Healing Politics from all liability associated with the use of your name, image and statements.
