Agenda/Curriculum:
We’ll guide you every step of the way and offer support before and after the in-person Campaign School. While it is the centerpiece of our training program, it isn’t the entire program.
Early in 2025, we’ll host a virtual fundraising session to help you learn the basics and create a plan to raise funds for your tuition and travel expenses—if you choose to do so. You’ll leave with a clear, actionable plan.
Four weeks after the Campaign School, we’ll meet virtually for a follow-up session to address any questions that arise as you put your training into action. Whether you need to clarify a strategy or fine-tune your GOTV plan, we’ll be there to help!
Over three days of training and role-play, we will dig deeply into these topics:
- Campaign Planning
- Campaign Budgeting
- Campaign Structure and Organization
- Messaging and Communications Strategy
- Media training: Speeches, Interviews
- Campaign Finance
- Ethics
- Fundraising
- Voter Contact Strategy
- Grassroots Organizing
- Get Out the Vote (GOTV)
